Issue Position: Parental Consent for Abortion

Issue Position

A child should not be able to get an abortion with out parental consent, we should not make a blanket law to cover all children while trying to protect a few children, if the child's health is in danger from parents it needs to be dealt with on an individual basis not through a blanket law, who is going to except responsibility for a potential death of a child getting the abortion or an infection or any other issue that may arise whether it be physical or psychological. A parent is responsible for their children until the age of 18 regardless of any legislation that may be proposed, we must keep it that way.
